We are happy to accept back any unworn item within 14 days of receiving your order to our return address.  Please contact Kelly at sales@lunasage.co.uk.  This excludes any personalised items or earrings.  We can only accept items back which are unaltered, unworn, and in a resaleable condition.

Please inspect your order upon reception and in the unlikely event your items are faulty or if you received the wrong item please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we do not cover the return postage of items returned for an exchange or refund unless the product is faulty. We recommend returning the items by a signed and tracked delivery, to ensure your order is safely returned to us.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
