All Luna Sage designs are shipped using a tracked service. All orders other than Special Delivery are shipped within 48hrs. If your order is urgent please contact sales@lunasage.co.uk.  Should any unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order. Luna Sage cannot be held responsible for any Royal Mail delays due to strikes. Also please remember only Special Delivery is insured.  1st and 2nd class are not insured so once posted any problems need to be dealt with by Royal Mail.  We highly recommend Special Delivery is used.
